Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, efficient service
- Take and process orders accurately at the counter or via digital systems
- Assist in packaging baked goods and preparing beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen equipment
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cooking tools
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Basic English proficiency (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
