Responsibility
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Sell movie tickets, food, and beverages while providing detailed information about offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cash registers, dining areas, and service counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
Qualifications
