Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
