Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring financial accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service roles.
- Strong numerical and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of fresh produce or health products is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Bali (preferably based in or near the specified locations).
