Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory on the sales floor.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures for security, loss prevention, and safety.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing sales or special offers to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
