Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide friendly, efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit daily cash reports and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking of retail items as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays).
- Passion for coffee and customer service with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
