Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage cash and card payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist with reservations and seating arrangements for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the bar and cashier area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a bonus.
