Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle POS systems accurately.
- Assist with seating arrangements and coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the cashier station and host stand.
- Respond to guest inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and address concerns promptly.
- Monitor reservations and walk-in traffic to optimize seating and minimize wait times.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, host/hostess, or customer service role (hospitality industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software is advantageous.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
