Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Adhere to company policies, including hygiene, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a cashier, retail, or hospitality role.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based system, including evenings and weekends.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Bali (preferably Cangku, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
