Responsibility
- Process customer payments accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
- Manage cash registers, including opening/closing procedures and reconciling daily transactions.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Verify order details and ensure billing accuracy to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking receipts, pens, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, and discounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
