Join Teleperformance as a Cash Application Analyst in our dynamic B2B Accounts Receivable team based in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Process and accurately apply customer payments to the correct accounts in a timely manner.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank deposits, lockbox transactions, and other payment methods.
- Investigate and resolve cash application discrepancies, unapplied payments, and deductions.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve account discrepancies and improve cash flow.
- Prepare and distribute aging reports, cash application metrics, and other financial analyses.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash application.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and support audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with B2B payment processing and international transactions is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
