Responsibility
- Operate and monitor Palletizer machines to stack cartons, boxes, or products efficiently and accurately according to production specifications.
- Manage Auto Labeling machines to ensure correct labeling of products, including barcode application and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee Auto Wrapping machines to securely wrap palletized loads for safe transportation and storage.
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, adjust machine settings, and escalate technical problems to maintenance teams when necessary.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control measures to minimize workplace hazards and product defects.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any incidents or deviations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in downstream packaging processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical operations, industrial machinery, or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) operating Palletizer, Auto Labeling, or Auto Wrapping machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret machine manuals, schematics, and production orders.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights (up to 25 kg).
- Basic understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and commitment to maintaining a hazard-free workspace.
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules, including nights or weekends, as required by production demands.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is advantageous.
