Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to case managers, including data entry, file management, and documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of client appointments, follow-ups, and service referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress.
  • Liaise with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the team.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of community outreach programs and events.
  • Provide general office support, including answering calls, managing emails, and organizing meetings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Social Work, Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
