Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to case managers, including data entry, file management, and documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of client appointments, follow-ups, and service referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress.
- Liaise with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the team.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Support the planning and execution of community outreach programs and events.
- Provide general office support, including answering calls, managing emails, and organizing meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable communities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local community resources and social service programs is a plus.
