Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and feeding.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to nursing or medical staff.
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures, treatments, and therapeutic activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in patient wards and common areas.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Follow hospital protocols for infection control, safety, and emergency response.

Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC in Nursing or equivalent certification in healthcare support (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistant).
- Prior experience in hospital, clinical, or elderly care settings is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting patients.
