Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of cardiovascular and thoracic patient care.
- Support medical staff in diagnostic procedures, treatments, and patient monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of medical equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on advancements in cardiovascular care.
- Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in cardiovascular or thoracic care.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diseases, treatments, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using medical software and equipment relevant to cardiovascular care.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
