Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential customers for credit card loan products through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on the benefits, terms, and application processes of Bank Mega’s credit card offerings.
- Assess customer eligibility by reviewing financial documents, credit histories, and other relevant criteria.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for card loan disbursements and activations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups in the bank’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch teams to cross-sell other banking products and enhance customer relationships.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product updates, and market trends to provide informed advice.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a seamless application experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services (preferably in credit cards or retail loans).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with credit assessment, KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, and banking compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; prior experience with banking software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are advantageous.
