Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including corporates, SMEs, and affluent individuals, to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend tailored banking products (loans, deposits, investments, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular engagement and proactive service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, compliance, product) to structure and close deals efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets for deposits, lending, and fee-based income.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, AML, and KYC requirements in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations (or willingness to undergo training).
  • Ability to relocate to Singapore (sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
