Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and commercial clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate financing, trade finance, and investment solutions, aligned with Sharia principles.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to recommend tailored banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Treasury) to structure and close high-value deals efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to proactively offer innovative financial solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, financial reports, and performance reviews to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Muamalatās policies, regulatory requirements, and Sharia banking standards.
- Represent the bank at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Masterās or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking, relationship management, or business development, preferably in Sharia banking.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-net-worth corporate clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of corporate financing products, credit analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and Sharia compliance is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a competitive market.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
