Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of collections specialists to achieve KPIs, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) reduction and recovery rates.
- Develop and implement strategic collections policies, procedures, and workflows aligned with global financial standards.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with clients, finance teams, and legal departments to resolve complex collection disputes and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations (e.g., Basel III, GDPR, or Indonesian banking laws).
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, such as automation (RPA) or AI-driven collections, to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CIMA) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial operations, collections, or credit management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios and improving collection metrics in a BPO, banking, or fintech environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM tools, and collections software.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
