Responsibility
- Conduct client pickups and deliveries of peso/dollar currency to meet branch and ATM requirements.
- Collect and transport daily branch turnovers securely and efficiently.
- Service and replenish assigned offsite ATMs, ensuring optimal functionality and cash availability.
- Provide on-site support for client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, deliveries, and collections for audit and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with branch managers and operations teams to address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and banking regulations during all cash handling and transportation activities.
- Assist in promoting bank products and services to clients during interactions, enhancing customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, cash handling, or a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, including ATM servicing and cash management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a roving role across multiple locations.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to security protocols.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
