Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features to customers clearly and professionally.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling additional services (e.g., GPS, child seats, insurance).
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle pickups, returns, and fleet management.
- Use CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales performance, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and booking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Familiarity with the car rental industry or tourism sector is highly advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or hospitality is a plus.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
