Responsibility
- Perform precise calibration of electrical, thermal, and instrumentation equipment using industry-standard tools and procedures.
- Conduct routine testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of calibration activities, including reports, certificates, and logs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in equipment, implementing corrective actions to restore optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support system installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards in all calibration and maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in calibration technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in calibration, testing, or maintenance of industrial control systems and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, temperature calibrators, and pressure gauges.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
