Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the cafe team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and values.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of cafe operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for coffee, food, and delivering a memorable customer experience.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
