Responsibility
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and expense management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
