Responsibility
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and light meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems, handling payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, kitchen, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- No experience required—full training provided for the right attitude!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bags, trays).
