Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of café staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and uphold AEON’s service standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or café industry.
- Strong understanding of café operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
