Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and café staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, rotation, and cost control.
- Train and mentor staff on coffee preparation, POS systems, and brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with management on promotional activities and menu updates.
- Handle cash reconciliation and daily financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the café or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
- Basic financial literacy for cash handling and sales tracking.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
