Responsibility
- Oversee daily clubhouse operations, ensuring adherence to luxury service standards and member satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Coordinate and execute exclusive member events, from corporate gatherings to social functions, with flawless execution.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency, service quality, and member engagement.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to maintain high-quality amenities and services.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization for clubhouse activities.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the clubhouse experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in clubhouse, resort, or luxury hotel settings.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
