Responsibility
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Monitor coffee quality, equipment maintenance, and supply levels to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and seasonal menu updates.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to enhance profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with Baskbear Coffee’s brand values and culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, cost management, and POS systems.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
