Responsibility
- Provide warm, efficient, and professional service to all café guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including food, beverages, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment, including tables, counters, and service areas.
- Assist in preparing and serving high-quality coffee, teas, and light meals according to established standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, food service, and POS systems is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
