Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality tech products at competitive prices.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply chain issues.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Prepare reports on product performance, sales forecasts, and procurement metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, buying, or product management, preferably in the tech or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
