Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the assigned business unit.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure optimal stock availability for all products.
  • Implement brand standards, including product quality, store presentation, and customer engagement protocols.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions, events, and loyalty programs to drive foot traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all store operations.
  • Foster a positive work culture, conduct performance reviews, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in F&B or specialty coffee.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for coffee culture and a deep understanding of premium retail standards.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
