Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team in fund marketing, credit, and collections to meet and exceed business targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and enhance customer acquisition.
- Monitor and maintain portfolio quality through rigorous risk assessment and credit management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all financial operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or credit management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, business development, and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
