Responsibility
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Design and document end-to-end business solutions, including workflows, system integrations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, proposing actionable recommendations.
- Oversee testing phases (UAT, regression, etc.) to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Drive application enhancements by evaluating system performance and suggesting scalable improvements.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, including training and communication plans for smooth adoption of new processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or business transformation roles.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN), and solution design.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software systems is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
