Responsibility

  • Manage financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee general affairs (GA) tasks such as office supply procurement, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, with a focus on TikTok live sessions, to enhance brand engagement and lead generation.
  • Support operational workflows by coordinating cross-departmental communication and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business proposals for stakeholders.
  • Handle customer and partner inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital content with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, finance, or operational support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, including content creation and live streaming.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is a plus.
