Responsibility
- Develop, revise, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and work instructions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making data-driven recommendations for further optimization.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure team members are well-versed in updated procedures and workflows.
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to design and improve systems, reducing waste and increasing productivity.
- Prepare reports and presentations on process performance, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management, industrial engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in retail or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
