As the Business Owner, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of our carpet sales and distribution network. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales to ensure the business meets its revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. With Bali’s booming tourism and real estate sectors, this position offers immense potential for growth and profitability.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach and increase sales revenue in Bali’s key locations.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hotels, resorts, real estate developers, and retail customers.
- Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, to ensure profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Ensure high standards of product quality, delivery, and after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship, preferably in the home decor, retail, or B2B sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market, including local business practices and customer behavior.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Networking and relationship-building skills to establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s target locations as needed.
