Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Oversee product management initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery across departments.
- Design and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate operational success and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to automate and digitize processes, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting operational performance and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, or other business management tools is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
