Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow between healthcare services, administration, and logistics.
- Analyze business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to drive cost savings and service quality.
- Oversee supply chain and vendor management to ensure timely procurement of medical and operational resources.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead process automation and digital transformation projects to modernize business operations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to optimize budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector.
- Proven track record in process optimization, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, and healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, HIPAA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
