Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for Motor Management Solutions, Source Management, and Low Voltage Systems.
- Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create and launch innovative business offers.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of business offers, from concept to execution, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.

Qualifications
