Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the property and construction software market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor software solutions to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to product teams to enhance software features and usability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property, construction, or software industries.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
