Responsibility
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive regional profitability and market share.
- Oversee daily operational activities across NCR, Ilocos, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Mindoro, and Bicol, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop regional team members to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and mitigate operational risks.
- Manage regional budgets and resources efficiently to maximize organizational ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Represent the company in high-level stakeholder meetings and lead expansion initiatives within the assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in operations management, business development, or a similar leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site or regional operations, preferably within the Philippine market.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an ability to manage complex logistics.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate large, geographically dispersed teams.
- High proficiency in business planning, financial forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Ability to travel frequently to various regions to ensure operational oversight and quality assurance.
