Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to visualize key business metrics.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, business requirements, and data needs for strategic projects.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations).
- Present findings in clear, compelling formats (e.g., presentations, executive summaries) to non-technical audiences.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing fixes for inconsistencies or errors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, joins, subqueries) and experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data manipulation.
