Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the credit and financial services sector.
- Develop and propose innovative credit product concepts, including features, pricing models, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to design, test, and launch new credit solutions.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to refine and optimize existing offerings.
- Create business cases and presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure all products adhere to industry standards.
- Drive pilot programs and measure their success through KPIs such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Foster partnerships with external vendors, fintech startups, or financial institutions to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, product management, or financial services, with a focus on innovation.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful financial products or services.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and credit markets is highly desirable.
