Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the agricultural and food supply chain sectors.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential leads for the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and reports to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize processes.
- Assist in organizing and participating in virtual or in-person sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM systems and sales tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or supply chain management, with a passion for agri-tech or sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous.
