Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for dialysis products in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of B Braun's dialysis solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and educational events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in dialysis or related healthcare products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
