Responsibility
- Assist ICU nurses and medical staff in delivering critical care to patients in intensive care units.
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, and document findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Administer medications, change dressings, and perform basic medical procedures under the supervision of licensed nurses or physicians.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families during high-stress situations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain a sterile and organized ICU environment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including cardiac arrests or respiratory distress, following established protocols.
- Assist in the transfer of patients to and from the ICU, ensuring continuity of care and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or certification in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in ICU, emergency, or critical care units.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and ICU equipment (e.g., ventilators, monitors).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with international patients and staff.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
