Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Faxtor Indonesia’s products/services.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in B2B or B2C sectors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and pipeline development.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and think creatively to solve challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business ecosystem is an advantage.
