Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events and exhibitions industry to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners to foster long-term collaborations and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the events and exhibitions sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of events and exhibitions from concept to delivery.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and vendors to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Represent Infinity 8 at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and developing strategic business plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
