Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the construction industry across Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, engineering) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development performance metrics, including revenue growth and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
